Clips from a training DVD which looks at the legal and moral responsibilities / consequences for shopkeepers and their staff in relation to selling alcohol to young people who are under the legal age limit.

The DVD is part of a resource package which includes lesson plans and worksheets to help retailers develop refusal strategies which are non confrontational.
It was funded by the Home Office and will be used by local authorities and Trading Standards.
