Background

KGB Productions was founded in January 2005 by Ken George, a former physics teacher turned professional actor and film maker. Over the years Ken has worked with top Hollywood and British directors and production staff.

While working on multimillion pound Productions as an actor he has pooled his creative and scientific skills to enable him to take advantage of and learn from top production staff in order to enhance his own film making skills.

Following the success of it's maiden project 'Talent Unleashed' May 2005, Funded by Screen Yorkshire and featured in the UK Film Council's annual review, KGB productions have been in non stop demand on a wide variety of commissions. In April 2006 KGB Productions became a limited company and to date continues to be in demand to produce creative and imaginative educational and training DVD resources, Documentaries, short films and film making workshops.

In a relatively short period of time KGB Productions has developed a leading reputation which has seen it produce work for several local government councils including; Kirklees Council, Education Bradford, Rotherham Council. They have also produced work for e2e funded by the LSC, Trading Standards, The Home Office, CIDA and The Children's Fund to name a few.

By using film making to tell powerful stories, deliver critical messages, and enhance creativity in individuals and groups, KGB Productions has gone from strength to strength and has been able to maintain and develop it's client base.
